face2face’s range of training programmes for business is tailored to meet the needs of our clients in order to help their businesses grow and flourish. At the start of each programme, we look at what you want to achieve and what impact you want the learning to have on your business. We’ll then work together to ensure these outcomes are fully met.

All of our programmes are designed to inspire, challenge, motivate and hold your people accountable for delivering the results required. They are usually held in stages over a number of weeks to enable your participants to put what they have learned into practice in the workplace. At the start of each session, participants report back on what they’ve done differently and what they have achieved – in this way, they are held accountable for the investment being made in them.

Groups are small, ranging from 6 – 20 people and are highly interactive and fun. They are full of common sense and we call a spade a spade! We encourage your delegates to learn from each other and bounce ideas off the trainers and each other. We facilitate the learning of new skills, increased confidence and the enthusiasm to go back and make a real difference.

As well as our core programmes, we are able to develop programmes to meet your unique requirements. Many clients who have attended our core programmes come back to us to develop specific programmes for their particular business.

Executive Development

Aimed at: Managing Directors; Board Directors; Business Owners

Format: Six full days over a three month period

We face today a business reality where we have to deliver more, faster and for less. This creates a challenge for Executives and Senior Managers who have to inspire their staff to achieve these drivers, introducing significant pressures on their business and personal lives.
The way our staff perceive an Executive plays a crucial role in an individual’s output. It is therefore extremely important that people in high level management positions understand how others see them. Equally important is how we view the skills, abilities and potential of people around us.

This programme incorporates coaching, along with video feedback, group discussions, and one-to-one mentoring to achieve results inside and outside of your business. The development process uses 360 degree feedback to identify the behaviours and attitudes that are preventing an improvement that would have a dramatic influence on a personal and professional level. It also facilitates the start of an open and honest discussion, dealing with the critical issues that are holding you back.

Management & Leadership Challenge

Aimed at: Senior Managers; Team Leaders; Department Heads

Format: Weekly training sessions over a six week period

There is no benefit to a company if its people learn only what they should be doing, without also learning why and how they should do it. This programme provides structured coaching over a period of time, both during and after the programme.

The programme covers the following key areas:
